From beginners to Pilates enthusiasts, this contemporary reformer class is great to work on form while getting stronger in the process. Think of it as all the reformer Pilates '“hits” you know and love from footwork to feet in straps. A ball or ring might guest star but this class is all about the reformer and a simple full body flow.

From beginners to Pilates enthusiasts, this athletic reformer class is great to find out what you are capable of. In athletic style classes we combine classical reformer moves with functional movement. Creativity is the 3rd element adding weights, stability balls and more. Coaches will offer modifications to ensure everyone is getting a great workout regardless of experience. We also offer FUNdamentals as a precursor to this class a few days a week!

From beginners to Pilates enthusiasts, this class is more like a Pilates lesson than a regular group class. Expect familiar moves and the breakdown of more complex moves like planks and “teasers” you may even get lucky showing up on a day we decide to break down “tendon stretch” or” standing splits”.

Tthis 40 min long class will take a gentle approach on the reformer and mat to increase mobility and core strength with sitting/standing, spine strengthening and balance work. This class is also a great option if you are coming back from an injury or are new to the reformer. Book this class with your membership or purchase an ageWELL credit for only $15

A mixed level and mixed equipment leaves total creativity with your coach. You may use the jumpboard, stability balls, tower & more! Come prepared to have fun and MIX things up! This is mixed leve classl but reFORMER experience is suggested.

Slow, deep movements make the mood. Equal parts stretching and mobility work. Foam roller and other props may be incorporated. All levels of practice benefit from this class. This is Athletic reformer. Expect faster flows and added resistance making this class a challenge for everyone. Be prepared concentrate, work hard and most of all have fun! From classical work to athletic inspired moves this advanced class requires at least 5-10 reFORM I sessions.

The heaviest & hardest we get! reGAIN takes 3 pillars of traditional bodybuilding to take your strength goals to the next level: ENDURANCE, RESISTANCE & FOCUS. Expect longer sets, heavier loads (weights and springs) and focused & precise movement patterns.
