get rid of any leftover spooky vibes this october as we spend the afternoon moving our bodies & refreshing our minds & souls. we will begin with mindful movement through athletic reformer & mat pilates & then journey into a magical sound bath & reiki healing session.
our afternoon will include meditation, journaling & breathwork as we let go of anything that is not serving us anymore.
the last hour will be all about getting to know each other as we mingle, enjoy delicious mocktails, celebrate with gifts , photo ops, & so much more!!
theme is light vs. dark angel so choose your side & wear white or black!!
come prepared to release any stagnant energy as we head into the final 2 months of 2023!
